Refund Policy

Please e-mail erinnicolejewelry@gmail.com for all returns and exchanges to receive a return authorization, with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange with your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Erin Nicole Jewelry without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery.

How can I exchange an item?

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost for returns.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 5-7 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for return shipping.

What items are non-refundable?

All items on markdown, customized pieces, items purchased at special events, items purchased at third party retailers cannot be returned.
